  13.     You will find songs, different types of ceremonies, songs, skits for this month's theme, Cliffdwellers of the Southwest.  There is also a section for Tiger Cubs and Webelos with ideas for those ranks.  This month I feature recognition ideas for leaders sent in by other scouters and one I came up with.
